PA103 Waves, Dunes & Coastal Landscapes With Betsy Glass

Thursdays, 6 Week Class

Time:  1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Tuition  $215

Level: Advanced

This class is designed for artists with prior pastel experience who want to refine their skills and explore the dynamic beauty of the shoreline. We will focus on capturing the movement of waves, the textures of sandy dunes, and the atmosphere of coastal light. Emphasis will be placed on advanced techniques in layering, blending, and composition to bring energy and depth to seascapes. Students will receive personalized instruction to strengthen their individual style while tackling the challenges of water, sand, and sky. By the end of the course, participants will have completed several coastal-inspired pieces and gained new confidence in using pastels to interpret the natural world.

Must have had pastel class within last two years to be eligible for this Advanced class.
