Learn to use pastel in layers to create the illusion of sunset color, and water reflections. Use scumbling and blending to capture atmospheric light, learn the Rules of Perspective to create a sense of distance in the painting, and make realistic waves. Bring your own pastels, sanded paper provided (9x12) or bring your own if you want to paint larger. Step-by-step instruction, help, and feedback. Take home a finished painting.
