.Do you have a list of clay ideas begging for your attention? Maybe you’re craving more time to refine your work and stretch your imagination. If you’re looking for hands-on guidance and enjoy collaborating with others, this hand building course is for you! Bring your ideas and the desire to make them a reality. We’ll explore construction, form, and finishing for both functional and decorative work. Your chosen projects will guide class demonstrations and experimentations. Be ready to share both your successes and catastrophes as you work with your instructor and your peers in a safe, creative space. Together we’ll cultivate our skills and build lasting confidence in our work.  Ages 17 and up.

This course is intended for intermediate level ceramic students.

DFAC Clay fee provides 25 pounds of clay selected by the instructor and a limited supply of glazes and underglazes.  This fee is charged per bag of clay used with a maximum of 2 bags per session.
