Introduction and continuing practice in reduction and multiple color block linocut printmaking. This is not a beginner’s class: students must have some previous basic printmaking experience and drawing ability. Using unmounted linoleum and working with oil-based inks, we’ll explore exciting, full-color linocut for those who want to take their relief printmaking experience further. In-depth instruction with pin & tab registration techniques; using a press, materials and an emphasis on design and pre-planning will be offered. Ages 17 and up.
