W-FA240-Y “Creative Cooking” One Day Workshops with Chef Debbie McGiffin

Join Chef Debbie McGiffin for these one-day, hands-on cooking workshops for teens. We will learn the basics of cutlery, how to read and understand a recipe and the practical art of 'Mise en Place' as well as a variety of cooking techniques. At the end of the class students will enjoy their creation together. Each workshop will have a different theme and will be from scratch.

Ages 10 - 15. Register with your friends and siblings as students are grouped in sets of 2,3 or 4 for cooking stations.


1/9- Lasagna Soup, Antipasto salad sticks with creamy herb dressing, Jumbo stuffed shells with garlic cream sauce, Tiramisu cupcakes.


2/6- Philly Cheesesteak pasta, Creamy tomato soup, Pizza paninis, Peanut butter filled chocolate cookies.


4/3- Popcorn chicken with homemade ranch, Tortellini soup, Garlic knots with herb butter, cosmic brownies with ice cream. 


5/1- Loaded nachos, BLT pasta salad, Homemade BBQ chicken and cheese sliders, summer berry tarts with whipped cream.
